2nd Annual River Fest

River Fest 2026

Join us in Downtown Marion for the Second Annual River Fest 2026, a day dedicated to music, community, local talent, and family fun along the beautiful riverfront.

The celebration kicks off at 11:00 AM with the Community Walk, bringing neighbors, friends, and families together to celebrate everything that makes our community special. Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy great food, beer tent (21+), family activities, kids face painting, and a welcoming atmosphere for all ages, inside the Riverfront DORA District!

Beginning at 4:00 PM, River Fest comes alive with an exciting evening of live music and local shopping. Browse unique creations from local makers, bakers, artists, and creators, discover one-of-a-kind handmade goods, enjoy delicious treats, and support the talented individuals who help make our community thrive.

River Fest 2026 Vendor Information

Event: River Fest 2026
Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026
Location: 120 E. First Street, Marion, IN

Vendor Check-In & Setup

• Vendor set up begins at 2:00 PM.

• Registration includes ONE 10×10ft space.

• Port-a-potties and trash cans available on site.

• Vendors must check in with event staff upon arrival to be directed to their reserved space.

• Parking is close, but not directly behind vendor spaces. Please be prepared to carry items a short distance. This is a good time to bring a wagon.

• For safety, all booths must be fully set up before the vendor marketplace opens at 4:00 PM.

• Don’t forget to stay hydrated!

Vendor Requirements

Each vendor must provide their own:

• Tent/canopy (suggested, not required)

• Required tent weights (50lbs per leg. Without wights, you will be asked to take your tent down. This is a non-negotiable for safety reasons.)

• Tables and chairs

• Display materials and signage

• Adequate lighting for evening hours

• Any additional supplies needed for a successful event

Payment Methods

Vendors are strongly encouraged to accept multiple forms of payment, including:

• Cash

• Credit and debit cards

• Mobile payment options (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, etc., if available)

Marketplace Hours

• Vendor marketplace is open from 4:00 - 10PM.

• Live music begins at 4:00 PM and continues throughout the evening.

Vendor Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe booth space.

• Follow all event guidelines and instructions from event staff.

• Be prepared for outdoor event conditions.
